Are you an Americana fanatic? Or do you fancy yourself more of the English countryside type? Kith founder Ronnie Fieg doesn’t think you should have to decide; rather, you can explore and mix and match both.
The brand’s new men’s collection highlights the shared similarities in silhouette and textile between the two styles. A barn jacket with a flannel lining is a timeless option whether you’re in Vermont or Surrey—or Vancouver, Canada, for that matter, where the brand just opened a new store. A washed green puffer made from old military tents in collaboration with Japanese label Seven by Seven gave a recognizable item no matter where you’re from a surprising spin.
On the other end of the Kith spectrum, the Armani collection is now in its third iteration. This time Fieg and co. focused on disrupting the classic winter suit. Thick monochrome or patchwork double-breasted suits featured scalloped shirt hems, giving the hefty fabrics the loose and louche feel Giorgio Armani was known for.
For the eccentrics, there was a deer-printed pony hair jacket and a tangerine cropped coat. A little more minimalist was a woven and fringed leather jacket that mixed bits of the above.
