CEO José Manuel Albesa Eyes €8 Billion Sales Milestone for Puig

In Madrid’s Museo del Prado on Wednesday, José Manuel Albesa put his first stake in the ground: a strategy to make Puig an €8 billion-plus company in the next six years.

Manuel Albesa became Puig CEO in March 2026, after Marc Puig stepped down following 22 years in the role (he remains executive chair of the Puig board). In 2021, Marc Puig set out a strategic plan, called Vision 2025, with the goal of tripling sales in five years. The company delivered. Puig revenues hit €5 billion in 2025, up 7.8% on a like-for-like basis.

Now, Manuel Albesa is hoping to further this success with Vision 2032, a roadmap he presented at the Spanish beauty and fashion conglomerate’s first-ever Capital Markets Day.

“Vision 2032 is our plan to scale what works, profitably,” Manuel Albesa said in a statement shared ahead of the presentations. “Our ambition is to become an €8 billion-plus company by 2032, a top four premium beauty company and a top two fragrance player, while reaching an adjusted EBITDA margin above 22.5%. We expect to deliver this ambition primarily through organic growth, driven by reinforcing our core portfolio, scaling our strongest brands and concentrating our resources on the categories, markets and channels where we have the clearest opportunity to win.”

Puig — which owns brands including Rabanne, Charlotte Tilbury, and Dries Van Noten — began trading publicly on May 3, 2024, as a listed company on the Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges.
