I publish a beauty piece here and there, but today I’m pulling together a comprehensive list of all my beauty favorites by category. Buckle up—it’s a long one!
FACE MOISTURIZER
This is a timely topic because my favorite face moisturizer is currently on sale here. I swear by the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream and have talked about it often. I typically like a thicker face moisturizer, but one that won’t sit on top of my skin or clog my pores and cause breakouts. The Charlotte Tilbury formula works fantastically with my skin, and it’s a weight I like using year-round.
I also love the INNBEAUTY Extreme Cream. This lotion is a great value for the price. I find it to be similar to a few luxury creams I have tried, but not as thick or oily. My skin drinks this stuff up! I love the lotion but don’t care for the gel, as I don’t think it hydrates my skin as well.
Last but not least is this product from GOOP. This is another thicker lotion that applies beautifully to my skin without feeling too heavy. I also love its light, fresh scent!
The most important step in my beauty routine lately has been making sure I hydrate not only my face but also my neck and chest.
SERUMS
Serums are something I like to play around with. I always stick with one for at least four weeks to test the results, but I enjoy experimenting and seeing what works.
One of my favorites is the Dr. Diamond’s Metacine Serum. I use this before my moisturizer in the morning. It has truly given me a bit of a glow, and overall my skin’s texture feels and looks much smoother. Right now, it’s on major sale here.
Vitamin C serums are always on my radar, and my current go-to is the Counter All Bright Vitamin C Serum. This stuff melts into my skin and has done wonders for my neck in particular. I have also used the Retinatural+ Advance Serum, but I’ve found my skin responds better to the Vitamin C serum.
At night, I added this serum to my routine. I love so many of Blue Lagoon Skinscience’s products, and outside of their masks, this serum is probably my favorite product.
FACE MASKS
Being over 40, face masks are now a nonnegotiable. At 38, I also added this red light mask to my lineup, and after using it consistently for three months, I became a believer. It is almost $100 off here today.
When it comes to face masks, there are three I swear by. The Skin111 mask makes my skin feel instantly less dull (also try all their masks with this deal here). The Dr. Barbara Sturm mask has helped reduce redness in my face more than any other. The Biodance mask is the best mask I’ve found on the market for under $5 each.
I typically prefer a sheet mask, but if I’m going to use a cream mask, I love this Cryo-Flash mask that you can literally feel working. It makes my skin feel alive!
I also stand by this rinse-off mask, which has helped minimize the pores around my nose so much.
EYE MASKS
That’s right—eye masks get a whole separate section.
The YISE depuffing eye masks deserve all the online hype they get. They instantly depuff, and I love the stick-on application because they don’t slide down your face.
The other genius eye mask I’ve been using is this one. I pop them in the fridge so they’re extra cold when I apply them. They give me a ton of under-eye moisture. I simply wear them while drinking my coffee in the morning.
For a little extra boost, I typically apply this cream under my eyes after masking. A little goes a long way, so I use it sparingly!
ON MY LIPS
Let’s talk about the lip balms and lip products I’m using—not just for color, but to keep my lips from cracking and drying out!
This is a balm I’ve been talking about for weeks, and they just launched new colors this month here. It contains vitamin E and shea butter to create a high-shine gloss that’s also nourishing for your lips. Blaz’d Donut is my favorite shade.
If I’m applying a clear gloss, it’s this EADEM one. This gloss has a great applicator and is one of the thickest clear glosses on the market without being goopy. Ten out of ten!
For packaging that’s just as beautiful as the product inside, look no further than this lipstick. I just picked up the shade “Nectar” and will definitely be back for more shades. I am eyeing Cafe Creme next!
SPF
Never forget your SPF!
My favorite everyday SPF, Unseen, is currently on sale here. It goes on completely sheer and can easily be worn under makeup. Supergoop makes some of the most effective sunscreen I’ve ever used—and that’s coming from someone who lives year-round in Southwest Florida!
My splurge sunscreen is this one. I could go on and on about it, but here’s what you need to know: it’s incredibly effective, my skin loves it, and it’s the lightest-weight sunscreen I’ve found.
CURRENT MAKEUP FAVORITES
While I’m not going to dive into every step of my makeup routine, I thought I’d highlight a few products I’ve recently added to the mix.
I’ve been looking for ages for a mascara to replace my beloved Miss Manga Rock Mascara after it was discontinued. I recently tried this one, and it’s by far the closest thing I’ve found (warning it is THICK). Out of fear it would be discontinued too, I bought a few backups!
I’m typically not big on foundation, but this No Makeup Makeup Foundation is fantastic. It takes a minute to figure out the best application technique, but once you’ve got it down, it’s so easy to apply and provides just the right amount of coverage.

Ulla Johnson’s Fragrance // I’m excited to see if there’s a scent that could become one of my signature end-of-summer fragrances.
Exfoliating Face Scrub // This will be arriving any day now, and I’m excited to see if it helps reset my skin and creates a smoother canvas so my other products apply even more evenly.
Squigs Hair Suite // My hair can always use all the help it can get. I recently placed an order for this shampoo, this conditioner, and this oil. I’m hoping they work well with my long, fine, color-processed hair!
