Despite not having a show this season, Sally LaPointe still feels as if she’s on top of the world. And she has no reason not to: her business only continues to grow and is on more e-commerce platforms than ever before, and her atelier space gets more upgrades with each seasonal visit. 

To keep that spirit alive, she took her spring 2027 lookbook shoot all the way up to her rooftop. Having spent the summer inspired by Claude Monet’s skyline paintings, the designer decided to show her clothes against New York City’s own. And like Monet, she opted for a lighter and airier color palette, not typically seen on a LaPointe collection. “I really wanted this collection to feel uplifting, bright, and very positive,” the designer said. “I think we all need a little bit of that right now.” Her spring lineup did just that with her usual moodier party dresses coming in bright new feathered and sequined iterations. 

In efforts to expand her growing business, the designer has introduced several new categories over the past seasons, including the daisy dukes launched with the fall 2024 season. New for spring was a pair of denim cutoffs that come with the usual LaPointe bedazzled treatment that will definitely serve well for anyone in need of a Coachella 2027 look next April. And for any fan of LaPointe who wants to even add a few of their pieces to their 9-5 wardrobe, she has added some new blazers to the mix. Of course, like everything else from the brand, they have a bold touch to them, with a strong structured shoulder and embellishments as the LaPointe girl is anything but subtle.
