Sarah Pidgeon knows the power of a good beauty signature. For the Love Story star, whose transformation into Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy has made her something of a beauty muse in her own right, that increasingly means a softly blurred lip. And at last night’s TIME100 Next Gala, she stayed committed to 2026’s most romantic makeup trend.
Pidgeon leaned into the Bessette-Kennedy school of minimalism in a navy pinstripe suit, the sharply tailored blazer worn with a knotted tie-neck detail and nothing underneath. Her beauty look, however, was decidedly softer. Hairstylist Bobby Eliot gave her blonde lengths a voluminous, ’90s-inflected blowout, with a deep, buttery beige tone, darker shadow roots, and sweeping, face-framing layers that flicked out at the ends.
Makeup artist Emily Cheng worked within Pidgeon’s preferred palette of warm, skin-enhancing neutrals. Her complexion was luminous without being overly dewy, with a delicate apricot-rose flush concentrated high on her cheeks, softly bronzed contours, and a pinpoint sheen across the cheekbones and nose. A wash of muted peachy-brown shadow warmed the lids, while fine, elongated black liner, fluttery lashes, and neatly brushed brows lent definition to her blue eyes.
