It lives entirely separate from my monthly column, which at present time is in its third year! Can you believe that!? Time has flown, and I can’t emphasize enough how much I enjoy writing this for you all each month. This month, we are (slowly!) closing out summer, and it is full steam ahead to fall. I’m already seeing strong demand for fall collections throughout my DMs; it has officially begun!

Let’s take a look at what is already popping off in the DMs, or soon will be based on my predictions.

The Agnes continues to be a highly coveted The Row style. It’s easy to see why with its slouched and relaxed silhouette, designed to be worn on the go as an everyday style. For fall, my top pick would be this new milk white.

Saint Laurent continues to cement themselves as the shoe designer of the season, time and time again. These all-new heels are a fall must-have, a unique color combo that (perhaps surprisingly!) works together perfectly.

Requests started to flow in for this style prior to them arriving (via a sneak peek that Loewe had posted), which is always a sure sign that a style is going to be popular. Already showing sold out across multiple sizes, now is the time to snap your size up.

Dare I say the CHICEST little black dress I have seen in a very long time! The delicate neck strap is the most elegant finishing detail. Warning: it launched today and is already showing low stock.

Lace is bound to be EVERYWHERE come fall! From bodysuits, such as this style from Valentino, to skirts, tops, and everything in between. The styling options are endless, and if it’s already showing low stock across multiple sizes, consider that your sign.

Phoebe Philo continues to dominate in my sourcing requests. From their footwear (most requested), to their ready to wear (coming in at a close second). The shorts have been in high demand from the moment the campaign image was released.

I noted in an earlier column this year that it would be the year of Celine, and I’m very happy to see that that continues to be the case. They are currently my top 2 most requested brands. If you have been waiting for the ultimate luggage tote, this is the one for you. I love the textile and leather combination!

Chanel flower earrings are highly coveted in my DMs right now, and as I sadly am unable to link them, I wanted to provide you with an option that you could shop right away. Introducing Chloé’s floral clip-on earrings in white, and if that color doesn’t jump out at you, they were also produced in pink.

Pony hair is certainly not going anywhere any time soon, it is going to continue to be highly coveted well into fall. This slingback style from Saint Laurent is an excellent investment piece for fall—high cost per wear is guaranteed.

We’re going to see layered shirts strongly throughout fall. Guest In Residence is an excellent go-to choice for this, but as Miu Miu remains one of my most requested brands, their newest season style had to make the list.

The Cecily bag from The Row is back, this time now with tassels. I certainly know a popular piece when I see one; I am predicting that it will sell out quickly—especially in the dark brown!

The ultimate transitional piece that will take you from summer to fall seamlessly. If you secure it now, you’re bound to wear it heavily well into fall.

Prada’s silk pouch popped off this season in pink, and with the launch of it in this all-new green colorway, I expect the very same thing to occur. I’m so ready for these richer color hues!

Neoprene ballerinas!? Say no more! Produced in various colorways, they are an instant yes and add-to-cart moment.

It has been some time since an Hermès item made its way onto The Hot List; I have been very excited to see multiple shoe styles beginning to increase in demand. Although this style is for men’s, I couldn’t resist adding it in considering it is one of my best-selling shoe styles from them.

A leather slip-on mule is the ultimate (and necessary!) fall wardrobe item. This all-new woven style from The Row is guaranteed to sell out; I’m confidently calling it now.

The sourcing requests for Nour Hammour have begun rolling in, and that can mean a few important things: this is a brand that is in high demand, styles sell out, and the cooler months are right around the corner. Now is the month to secure your fall jackets, come September (and beyond), I’m expecting to see those two words: sold out.
